To understand what we teach --is not enough.  You must experience the process yourself --to fully grasp how we work to improve the teaching technique of 'riding a horse'. We have worked on this since 1972, and by watching the reactions of our students --we would knew our next move.  This strategy can be learned because the founder [Rose Foreman] has worked and re-worked the process --since starting in the 'business' of teaching riding.  By watching students respond to information, and learn 'how to ride with compassion,' you will understand why people --in general --behave as they do. We are also helping them to know and understand themselves so much better.  Your students also gain a greater outlook into other people. Where did this program come from? Since the beginning, our riding program has helped get to the root of someone's damaged feelings, which, when un-resolved have created stress.  Unfortunately, we learned that many want to learn to ride --not due to real desire for riding, but just an escape for them, a way to 'get-away' from a problem they could not resolve.  However, what happened before they arrived, created a stress that stymied their growth and happiness, to live the better life. Many came to ride horses as an attempt to avoid going to the doctor.  Instead, students would try anything --other than going to any type of doctor or Health Practitioner, Mental, Physical or Emotional. What made the program so different?  It was not until a few years later that we became aware --that stress actually created the illness in mind-body-brain,or spirit, that caused our students to reach-out-for-help in the first place, without even knowing it.   We learned, that stress creates so many treatable symptoms that need either Physical, Psychological, or Psychiatric help, that would of course lead to medication, or 'drugs'. People know this, and they are afraid to get under the influence of the drugs.  'If we can't medicate, what can we do?' is a question of many Health Professionals, who just sit across the table or desk, and who determine what drug to prescribe for you, without 100% knowing how that drug will affect you, especially if you are also taking something else, or have 'other issues' to resolve.. Our Program has taken a lifetime to really understand, and to make it the best possible is definitly life-changing. How is this even possible? We place each individual in a situation that they must reconsider, due to new information, and our game of 'you figure it out' at each tiny bit of info.  Our students are made to think, then try, and then --to understand what they are learning, not to just cram information to remember.  We make them remember! Are all students the same?  However, each person has their own level of comprehension, and we must watch for reaching their level of understanding, and to not cross that path --with every student.  Decisions must be made to help the students feel their own accomplishments are really wonderful.  We do not want to wound a student --in any way. This is why teaching individuals is so powerful, because we can excell --with our students as well, because there is so much to learn from them. Why do you prefer working individually to teach your program? We prefer teaching our HHC Program to individuals or very small groups.  Expanding teaching to larger groups will not insure that our programs are properly learned, and we would prefer knowing where our HHC are best suited, to help others.  We want to really know you.  SO, to best understand our intentions, we tell you NOW! We want the best taught Consultants possible in our program, not as typically taught, in larger classrooms. By observing your actual experiences and reactions --helps us to help you to become your best. Why not just sell us the curriculum? In the past we learned that previous applicants did not want to read or study what we offered.  Instead, we learned that students also wanted more.  They too --actually craved the private attention, not just being cast into studying a book. So, after many years of searching for improvements, our plan now has changed --for our best program curriculum possible. We now want our HHC Applicants to spend real time with us, and we are trying to help you in this process also.  This work improves intuition and sensitivity, and noticed incredible reactions to what and how we teach --or serve others. HOW MUCH is your program --to get all this personal attention --to become a Horse Holiday Consultant? We are asking ONLY $2,000.00 not as many do with fees at $5-6,000 and even more.  PLUS our work is Private with this offer. ~~~<>~~~ We know that economic times are rough right now,  and everyone will not have those funds available in one bundle.  We also know that what we teach can be overwhelming --if taken too swiftly. So, we think that a 'Retreat Type Package' --with all that can be learned during  two full days --is quite enough for    'your first phase of learning'. PAY ONLY HALF of our FULL PROGRAM FEE ---$1,000.00. We INCLUDE a Cabin for two nights --PLUS a $25.00 gift --for dining.  WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?              OBVIOUSLY, we believe in our program, and we know that you will also help us to help many other people, plus helping the horses as well.  We want to offer this as part of our legacy --from 'Rose at The Barn'. PLUS, within this first portion, we advise you to start teaching the riding portion of our work to someone.  You can even charge a small fee while you are still learning, to help pay for your next sessions with Rose. You are not to tell your students WHY you are teaching this process.  IF someone wants to learn thw why portions of our process, they must be referred back to Rose.  That is a must!  DO NOTgive our program process away!  You are to simply observe the students reactions and how your student is learning to HOW to RIDE portion of our work.  No more!.  Our process needs validation --to prove to you what is not normally taught in a so-called riding lesson.  However, you have already been placed with 'the Caution Flag' --of being open --to getting more from each of your students, when it comes to their wants, needs, or questionable behavior. THIS is where you start learning so much more--just like we have. This might be an eye-opener, and rather than listen too carefully to your students requests --to learn more, we want you to disguss your feelings and client questions with Rose, for clarification and about how students will try to get more from their teachers or coaches. What YOU must learn --is to always be in control of your teaching, and to not become victim to any of your students.  They will be paying you --of course --BUT YOU are the one that is going to have the expertice to helping your clients so much more, so do not fall into any traps set-up by a particular type of student.  You are ONLY to teach them HOW-TO RIDE for now. We are here to help you to LEARN as much as possible! In a month or two, perhaps a little longer, you can return for your next session --with the same  'Retreat Type Package' for the second $1,000.00 portion of OUR TOTAL FEE.  [$1,000 + $1,000. is $2,000 FULL FEE.]   Will our learning sessions stop here at the end of the four days?  NO!  Your fee has been paid, and now you are a part of HHC Apprentices. [HHC-A] We want you to get better and better, so you are always invited to visit, perhaps with other new apprentices to continue the process of learning skills we offer.  WHY --ONLY a $2,000 FEE --and not more?  Because we are very selective --and protective of our work, and want to consider our HHC as family.  We absolutely expect our groups to get larger, and interest grows to share experiences with other HHC becomes part of 'Our Special Process'. You will become part of a family, and you too will start protecting your relationship with the others.  We want a tight knit group of HHC that will be so proud to be a part of something so awesome.
